At Special Steps, we are proud to have a passionate, experienced team dedicated to supporting each child’s individual journey.
Becky – Manager
Becky oversees the day-to-day running of both sites. She is highly experienced in SEND provision and passionate about inclusive early education. She has also won a number of awards for her work, including the National Pearson Teaching Gold Award for Excellence in Special Needs Education of the year 2024
Hayley & Clare – Deputy Managers
Hayley is one of our Deputy Managers and a qualified teacher, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Special Steps team. She is passionate about reating an environment where every child is supported and valued as an indivual.
Clare, who is a qualified teacher, is our other Deputy Manager. She is dedicated to ensuring every child has a quality education suited to their needs.She is always pushing children to be the best they can be.
Nursery Practitioners
Our skilled team of Nursery Practitioners work hard to support communication, learning, and development through a nurturing, child-centred approach. Our Nursery Practitioners are: Amy W,Amy P, Anna, Emma, Jess, Niamh, Suzanne and Tammy
